How to whiten your teeth at home and gain a confident smile

Your smile is the first thing people notice when you enter a room. It tells the person a lot about you. Growing up and in college, I had braces twice to correct an unusual overbite that I had. After my second round of braces, my parents gifted me a teeth whitening treatment at my local dentist office. After the treatment, I had a whole new wave of confidence. I was always smiling and couldn’t wait to tell everyone about the process. It’s been at least 15 years since I had my first whitening treatment. I’m long overdue for another treatment. However, I don’t have the time to sit for a three-hour treatment. Smile Brilliant approached me at the end of last year about doing a partnership for my blog. Smile Brilliant sent me an at-home custom whitening system to test out and whiten my teeth at home. This has been so convenient and easy to use with my schedule because everything is done at home.

The process

Getting started with Smile Brilliant is very simple. They sent me a kit in the mail to mold my dental impressions.

After I molded my impressions, I simply dropped them in the mail.

Two weeks later I received my whitening kit in the mail. See fairly simple process.
Each whitening kit comes in the mail with a set of 4 whitening and desensitizing gels. This amount is expected to last up to 14 uses.

My experience

I just started the whitening process at night before bed a few days ago. I’ve been wearing the treatment at night for 30 minutes before bed. I’ve already started to see results and my teeth are already starting to lighten up. I’ll continue this process until I finish the kit and update you all on how it’s going.
