In my last blog post I mentioned that there are ways to participate in Whole 30 without shelling out a ton of cash and breaking budget. One tip of advice I gave was to find your nearest Aldi. I was surprised how many Whole 30 compliant items are sold at Aldi. In case you aren’t familiar with Aldi, they are a discounted grocery store with locations all over the world.
