5 Juice and Smoothie Bars to Try in Atlanta
Some mornings I just want to skip making a smoothie at home and head to one of my favorite local juice or smoothie bars instead. There are so many great places to go in Atlanta when you are looking for a quick nutritious pick me up. I always try to support my local smoothie and juice bars as apart of my commitment to shop small. Here’s a list of the best juice and smoothie spots in Atlanta to go to when you are craving a post-workout treat or a morning pick me up.
clean juice®
Clean Juice arrived in my neighborhood in 2019 but it wasn’t until last month that I had the opportunity to try this place for the first time. Clean Juice has locations all over the country and five locations in the metro Atlanta area. I love that they prepare their juices and smoothies using fresh ingredients onsite. Everything is made from scratch and nothing is prepackaged. Their menu includes smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, wraps, salads, acai bowls, juice shots and cleanses. During my trip, I ordered the fresh-pressed juice, Red, which is made with organic apple, organic beet, organic carrot, organic lemon.
Dtox Juice
Dtox juice is one of my favorite places to go to grab a smoothie. My go-to order is “The Smoothie” with almond butter. The almond butter adds a nice added boost of protein. In addition to a full menu of smoothies, Dtox also offers pressed juices, acai bowls, and raw foods.
Kale Me Crazy
Kale Me Crazy is another great juice bar option with locations all over the country. They have several locations all across Atlanta. I love to order their Kale Caesar Salad and wraps when I frequent the locations near my house. They even offer delivery via several delivery apps.
Roots Pressed Juice
Roots Pressed Juice was one of the first juice bars I tried in the Atlanta area several years ago. Fast forward years later, they are still located in the Shops Around Lenox shopping center and now they have locations all over the state of Texas. They have an extensive menu of pressed juices and offer free delivery to most areas throughout the Atlanta area with a purchase of $30 or more.
Bamboo Juices
Bamboo Juices is another great local juice and smoothie company that delivers to your household. They deliver to select areas in Atlanta and recently started delivering to Birmingham, Alabama. They have fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, juice elixirs, mini-juices, cleanses and plant-based milks. Earlier this fall, I sampled some of the juices from their cleanse and really liked the lemon ginger and spinach apple.
