Chocolate peanut butter smoothie
I typically workout at least three to four days during the week. I recently started taking a new strength training class bright and early in the morning. So I’m only able to grab a light snack before working out. After a good workout, I need something to help me refuel my energy and recover from an intense sweat session. This protein-packed chocolate peanut butter smoothie is the perfect post-workout snack or breakfast to keep you energized throughout the day. If you love peanut butter and chocolate you’ll love this smoothie! Think of it as a chocolate peanut butter cup in a glass.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, frozen, sliced and peeled
1/2 tbsp honey
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 scoop of PB fit powdered peanut butter
Ice (as needed)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
