I had so much fun being a tourist in my own city again! There are so many great things about Sydney taken for granted which I loved seeing from a new point of view.

The best place to start discovering Sydney is an area called The Rocks. This is a historic neighborhood with the best view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. There are also markets on weekends, the Museum of Contemporary Art, great little cafes for brunch and it is close to Circular Quay where ferries to the zoo and

Manly Beach embark from.

My favorite neighborhood for all things food and shopping is Surry Hills. If you take your coffee seriously, this is where you want to be. I love going to Orto Trading Co. and Joe Black. There are also loads of bars and restaurant if you want to head out for the night.

Finally, Bondi Beach is really iconic and sums up Sydney's love of the outdoors and beach. I love walking from Bondi to Bronte as the view is such a great distraction from the exercise.

I hope you enjoyed reading about Sydney to hear more about Erika's adventures in the city visit her blog
